Mục tiêu của Chiến lược phát triển

Mục tiêu của Chiến lược phát triển ngành Hải quan đến 2020 (ban hành theo Quyết định số 448/QĐ-TTg ngày 25/3/2011 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ) đã đưa ra: “Xây dựng Hải quan Việt Nam thành một tổ chức hiện đại, thủ tục hải quan đơn giản, hài hòa đạt chuẩn mực thế giới, trên nền tảng ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin, xử lý dữ liệu tập trung, và kỹ thuật quản lý rủi ro, đạt mức độ tự động hóa trong nhóm các nước đứng đầu Đông Nam Á, lực lượng hải quan chuyên nghiệp, chuyên sâu, được trang bị và làm chủ kỹ thuật hiện đại; cập nhật thường xuyên các thành tựu khoa học kỹ thuật…”.

The objective of the customs sector development strategy until 2020 (issued decision No. 448/QD-TTg on 25/3/2010 of the Prime Minister) has launched: "customs building Vietnam into a modern organization, simplified customs procedures, the harmonization of standards in the world, on the basis of the application of information technology data processing, focus, and risk management techniques, achieving the level of automation in the group headed South-East Asian countries, customs forces professional, advanced, and master the modern techniques; regularly updated scientific achievements... ".

The objective of the development strategy of Customs 2020 (issued under Decision No. 448 / QD-TTg dated 25/3/2011 of the Prime Minister) stated: "Vietnam Customs Building a nest modern office, simpler customs procedures, harmonization achieved world standards, based on the application of information technology, centralized data processing, and risk management techniques, the highest degree of automation among the top countries in Southeast Asia, professional customs force, depth, equipped and modern technical mastery; regularly update the scientific and technical achievements ... ".
