Về việc : Cung cấp dịch vụ đăng ký thực hiện chương trình khuyến mại.
Cảm ơn Quý khách hàng đã quan tâm tới dịch vụ pháp lý tại Hãng luật LETO. Chúng tôi xin cung cấp nội dung tư vấn và các thông tin dịch vụ như sau:
I. NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC:
Tư vấn, Thẩm định tài liệu, Dựng hồ sơ và đại diện thực hiện thủ tục Cung cấp dịch vụ dịch vụ đăng ký thực hiện chương trình khuyến Amại.
II. TÀI LIỆU CẦN CUNG CẤP:
- Đăng ký thực hiện khuyến mại (theo mẫu LETO cung cấp);
- Thể lệ chương trình khuyến mại;
- Bản sao Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký kinh doanh;
- Hình ảnh sản phẩm khuyến mại;
- Hình ảnh sản phẩm dùng để khuyến mại;
- Mẫu bằng chứng xác định trúng thưởng;
- Bản san Giấy chứng nhận chất lượng sản phẩm khuyến mại (theo quy định của pháp luật nếu có);
- Bản sao tờ khai hàng hóa nhập khẩu (đối với sản phẩm khuyến mại nhập khẩu);
- Danh sách các địa điểm tiến hành hoạt động khuyến mại và các điểm đổi thưởng;
- Giấy ủy quyền làm thủ tục khuyến mại (nếu có);
Toàn bộ hồ sơ trên sẽ được LETO tư vấn và hướng dẫn xây dựng. Quý khách hàng có thể gửi trước Thể lệ chương trình dự kiến để LETO thẩm định và chính xác hóa các nội dung liên quan đến thành phần hồ sơ, thời gian làm việc,...
III. CHI PHÍ:
5.500.000 VNĐ (Năm triệu năm trăm nghìn đồng);
- Phí trên đã bao gồm phí nhà nước, phí dịch vụ;
- Phí trên chưa bao gồm 10% VAT;

IV. THỜI GIAN THỰC HIỆN
07 ngày làm việc (Không bao gồm thứ 7, CN và các ngày nghỉ lễ khác) kể từ ngày nhận được đầy đủ giấy tờ, hồ sơ hợp lệ;
