Hễ gia nhập bảo hiểm y tế quốc gia một lần thì không tự động ra khỏi bảo hiểm nếu không thông báo. Khi gia nhập bảo hiểm sức khỏe của nơi làm việc trong vòng 14 ngày phải thông báo cho bộ phận phụ trách về bảo hiểm y tế quốc gia của phòng hành chính khu vực.
