Sáng hôm sau, HDV hẹn 9h30 sẽ đến khách sạn đón đoàn đi tour. Nhưng do chênh lệch múi giờ, đoàn chúng tôi đã dậy sớm hơn và đi xung quanh khách sạn để chụp ảnh, đợi đến giờ đi tham quan. Điểm đến đầu tiên của chúng tôi là Quảng trường đỏ nơi có Nhà thờ thánh Basil, Lăng Lê nin…

Trời nắng, không khí dịu mát, phong cảnh đẹp…cả đoàn háo hức chụp ảnh, ghi lại những cảnh đẹp đặc trưng của Matxcova mà bất cứ ai khi đi du lịch đến nước Nga không thể bỏ qua. Sau đó chúng tôi vào thăm điện Kremlin nơi có quả chuông vua, súng thần công vua, điện Kremlin nơi Putin làm việc, nhà thờ..Tất cả các điểm đều rất đáng để thăm quan. Đoàn ăn trưa tại nhà hàng Nga, bữa ăn đơn giản chỉ 3 món – súp, thịt + khoai tây + bánh mỳ nhưng cũng đủ no để đi chơi cả ngày.

Buổi chiều đoàn thăm khu VDNKH, nhưng đoàn chúng tôi không thấy ấn tượng lắm nên tham quan nhanh và đi siêu thị mua sắm. Vào siêu thị, thấy cái gì cũng rẻ, chỉ cần 10.000 đ là đã có thể mua được 1 hộp mỹ phẩm của Nga rồi. Theo lời của HDV, mỹ phẩm của Nga rẻ bởi vì sản xuất bằng các nguyên liệu tự nhiên, không mất chi phí quảng cáo…và chỉ bán ở tại Nga, không xuất khẩu, chỉ có người đi sang Nga xách tay mua về dùng hoặc bán..Vì thế trên hộp chẳng có 1 dòng chữ tiếng Anh nào, toàn là tiếng Nga. Mọi người trong đoàn thi nhau gọi HDV để phiên dịch. HDV cứ chạy ngược, chạy xuôi, quả thật là vất vả, lo ăn uống, đi lại cho đoàn, giờ lại thêm cả khoản mua sắm nữa.

Đi Nga, có một cái khó khăn là tất cả đều là tiếng Nga, không có tiếng Anh. Nếu như mua sắm quần áo, giầy dép, vali thì rất đơn giản…vì cứ ngắm cái nào thích, xem giá cả là mua được. Còn mua mỹ phẩm, hoa quả khô, hoa quả…thì chịu, tất cả trông chờ vào HDV.

Chương trình tham quan của đoàn chỉ có 7 ngày mà đã mất 1 ngày đi và 1 ngày về rồi, vì thế thời gian tham quan hơi gấp gáp. Đoàn của chúng tôi chỉ ở Matxcova có 2 ngày, 1 ngày thăm điện Kremlin, ngày thứ 2 thăm bức tranh tròn Borodino, quảng trường chiến thắng, ga tầu điện ngầm của Matxcova. Tất cả đều rất đẹp. Và điểm ấn tượng nhất đối với tôi là Khu vực quảng trường đỏ. Buổi tối chúng tôi ăn cơm tại nhà hàng Việt Nam. Đây là sự xắp xếp rất hợp lý của công ty du lịch. Buổi trưa, ăn nhanh gọn để có thời gian đi tham quan. Buổi tối ăn cơm Việt Nam, nhiều món, cơm ngon và hợp khẩu vị, ai không ăn được bữa trưa thì có thể ăn bù vào bữa tối. Tôi đã đi du lịch qua nhiều nước và tôi thấy bữa ăn tại Nga rất tốt.
Sau bữa tối đoàn chúng tôi lên tầu đi thăm Saint Petersburg. Tầu của chúng tôi là loại tầu 2 tầng, mới và sạch sẽ, tầu chạy cũng êm chứ không kêu và giật như tầu Việt Nam nên mọi người có thể ngủ ngon được. Tầu chậy mất khoảng 8 tiếng. Sáng sớm hôm sau chúng tôi tới nơi, HDV đón đoàn đi ăn phở, cả đoàn thấy rất ngon và hợp khẩu vị. Nhà hàng ở đây mở cửa muộn, phải 10 giờ sáng. Nhưng vì đoàn tôi đi tầu nên đến sớm, nhà hàng đến phục vụ đoàn chúng tôi, sau đó lại đóng cửa cho đến 10h sáng. Ăn sáng xong là đoàn đi tham quan luôn.

Saint Petetersburg là thành phố cổ kính nên rất đẹp, thời tiết dịu mát, không khí trong lành, đường phố sạch, không đông đúc như Matxcova. Cả đoàn cảm thấy rất thoải mái dù mới trải qua 1 đêm trên tầu và chưa có phòng khách sạn ngay. Mọi người thi nhau chụp ảnh tại nhà thờ chúa cứu thế, tham vườn hoa và tượng Piet đại đế ngay bên bờ sông Neva. Tiếp theo đoàn thăm Cung điện mùa đông và bảo tàng tranh Ermitage. Cung điện ở đây thật đẹp và tráng lệ, cả đoàn say sưa chụp ảnh. Theo lời của HDV, nếu để tham quan hết cả bảo tàng, mỗi tuần tham quan 6 ngày, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 và mỗi ngày tham 8h thì cũng phải mất đến 20 năm mới thăm quan hết. Tôi nghĩ, HDV nói hơi quá, nhưng quả thật là Cung điện và bảo tàng rất rộng.
Do thời gian tham quan có hạn, nên đoàn chúng tôi chỉ đi xem lướt qua 1 số cung điện, 1 số hiện vật, vậy mà cũng mất hơn 2 tiếng. Đoàn về ăn trưa và nhận phòng. Khách sạn nằm ngay bên bờ sông Neva nên quang cảnh rất đẹp, ai nấy đều hài lòng. Chỉ có 1 điều là 1 số phòng không có điều hòa, mọi người ầm ỹ lên đổi phòng, nhưng sau đó thì cũng thôi, vì thời tiết ở Saint Petersburg mát mẻ và dễ chịu, chỉ cần mở hé cửa phòng ra là được. Đoàn chỉ ở khách sạn có 1 đêm, sáng hôm sau đã trả phòng và đi thăm 2 Cung điện là cung điện Ekaterina và Cung điện mùa hè. Cung điện ở Saint Peterburg rất đẹp, rất lộng lẫy, khuôn viên cũng đẹp. Cả đoàn đều thích, chỉ có một điều là đi bộ hơi nhiều nên mọi người trong đoàn thấm mệt và ai cũng tiếc vì thời gian ở Saint Petersburg ít quá. Thành phố đẹp thế này, phải ở ít nhất 2 đêm. Sau khi ăn tối, đoàn lại lên tầu quay về Matxcova
