tôi có vấn đề về báo cáo quầy đổi q

tôi có vấn đề về báo cáo quầy đổi quà. Vui lòng kiểm tra giúp tôi mã số mặt hàng. Nhân viên đổi quà lấy báo cáo vào lúc 16:46 ngày 03 tháng năm.
Với mã sản phẩm 1511049 chúng tôi có các giá trị như sau:
ticket value : 64
issues : 820
Clossing Balances : 559
Unit cost : 5711
Issued Cost : 820*5711= 4683020 ( issues*Unit Cost )
trong tháng tư thì số lượng issues hết khi khách hàng đổi vé lấy quà tặng và chúng tôi lấy báo cáo StockSale_Redemption nhưng khi lấy báo cáo thì chỉ nhận được số lượng đổi quà là 818. Như vậy là thiếu 2 trong khi đó Total Cost của StockSale_Redemption là bằng với issued cost.
