- Chi phí thành lập phòng marketing
​Dự kiến nhân sự phòng marketing là 3 nhân viên, mức lương tính theo lương nhân viên phòng kinh doanh bình quân 3.000.000 VNĐ/người/tháng. Vậy tiền lương phải trả cho nhân viên phòng marketing một năm tương đương là:
3.000.000*3*12 = 108.000.000 VNĐ.
- Chi phí cho hoạt động xúc tiến thương mại, quảng cáo, khuyến mãi dự kiến một năm khoảng 650.000.000 VNĐ.
- Dự kiến chi chí cho một số hoạt động khác như: Công tác phí, tiền thưởng cho nhân viên phòng marketing, chi phí điều tra nghiên cứu thị trường… một năm khoảng: 30.000.000 VNĐ.
⇨ Tổng chi phí dự kiến tăng thêm trong một năm là:
108.000.000 + 650.000.000 + 30.000.000 = 788.000.000 VNĐ
Giả sử doanh thu tăng thêm 10% khi áp dụng chiến lược trên là do lượng sản phẩm bán ra tăng lên.

⇨ Lợi nhuận tăng thêm = doanh thu tăng thêm – tổng chi phí dự kiến tăng thêm

Như vậy, nếu áp dụng chiến lược như trên nhà máy sẽ thu được một khoảng lợi nhuận là 2.506.310.400 VNĐ
