(i) Sau khi chấm dứt Hợp đồng, Người lao động phải cam kết không sử dụng bất kỳ tài liệu nào về kinh doanh, khách hàng, các tài liệu khác thuộc sở hữu của Công ty, hoặc được coi là của Công ty, do Công ty đang sử dụng trừ các trường hợp có yêu cầu của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền.
