Đăng ký thuốc tân dược nước ngoài lưu hành tại Việt Nam

Trình tự thực hiện
Bước 1- Hồ sơ đăng ký được gửi về Cục Quản lý Dược (Cục QLD)
Bước 2- Cục Quản lý Dược tiếp nhận, thẩm định hồ sơ và tổ chức hội đồng xét duyệt thuốc và ban hành danh mục thuốc được cấp số đăng ký;
Bước 3- Trả cho đơn vị thông báo, Quyết định ban hành số đăng ký tại nơi tiếp nhận

Thành phần, số lượng hồ sơ
a)Thành phần hồ sơ bao gồm:
1- Trang bìa;
2- Mục lục hồ sơ;
3- Đơn xin đăng ký
