In the case of workers in many factories dates below:
- There are two cases I had to severance thought no reason.
- In case of Mr. Make him a special reason (his mother was seriously ill and was hospitalized he must return home care). Since conditions can then arrange workshops should work under leader agreed to let him stay there through me and Mr. Pham.
