When you play badminton, basic heart rate dropped to a few beats per minute and blood pressure reduction, it protects you from heart disease. It also helps in losing weight for obese people and help achieve optimal weight-for-height and their age. That's why it helps you feel healthy, strong, energetic, enthusiastic and youthful.
Basically I do not like sports, but badminton is a special case. I've always enjoyed playing it. I will continue to play this sport as a hobby of mine, and feel happy.
