1. Quy chế trả lương, thưởng phải được sự thống nhất của Ban chấp hành công đoàn cơ sở trong việc xây dựng, sửa đổi bổ sung và giám sát thực hiện.
2. Những nội dung quy định trong quy chế này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày được Sở Lao động – Thương binh xã hội TP Hà Nội thừa nhận, bãi bỏ các quy định trước đây trái với quy chế này.
3. Công ty vận dụng Nghị định Số 122/2015/NĐ-CP Quy định mức lương tối thiểu vùng, để xếp lương cơ bản cho người lao động.
4. Trong mọi trường hợp chưa quy định trong quy chế này sẽ thực hiện quy định của Nhà nước về chính sách tiền lương, tiền công.
