Việc từ bỏ một trong các hạng mục theo quy định tại Hợp Đồng này vì bất cứ nguyên nhân gì mà không được sự đồng thuận của tất cả Các Bên (bao gồm cả Người làm chứng và bảo đảm) được coi là huỷ bỏ Hợp Đồng và Bên không thực hiện được phải có trách nhiệm hoàn trả cho bên còn lại tất cả các chi phí đã nhận và chịu phạt Hợp Đồng cùng việc bồi thường một khoản theo quy định về bồi thường thiệt hại theo quy định tại Hợp Đồng này.
