Sáng 19/10, tại Hà Nội, Bộ Tài nguyên & Môi trường chính thức khai mạc hội thảo và triển lãm quốc tế lần thứ IV (VACCI 2015) với chủ đề “An ninh nguồn nước trong kỷ nguyên biến động”. Hội thảo nhằm cung cấp những thông tin, bài học kinh nghiệm và công nghệ liên quan đến việc đảm bảo an ninh nguồn nước trong bối cảnh biến đổi khí hậu tại các quốc gia; từ đó có chiến lược bảo vệ, khai thác hiệu quả và phát triển bền vững tài nguyên nước quốc gia.
