bộ phận nhân sự sẽ mời các ứng viên đạt yêu cầu qua vòng phỏng vấn nhận việc thông qua điện thoại . ứng viên sẽ được thử việc trong vòng 1 tháng . ngay buổi đầu tiên thử việc nhân viên mới sẽ được bộ phận nhân sự trực tiếp hướng dẫn và tạo điều kiện cho nhân viên mới thích nghi với môi trường làm việc nhanh nhất , phổ biến các quy định , nội quy của công ty . Sau đó trưởng các bộ phận phòng ban quản lý trực tiếp các nhân viên mới này và hướng dẫn công việc cụ thể .
Sau khi kết thúc quá trình thử việc , trưởng các bộ phận hướng dẫn trực tiếp nhân viên mới sẽ chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc đánh giá kết quả thử việc , đưa ra kiến nghị và chuyển lên bộ phận nhân sự để trình lên giám đốc . Nếu đạt yêu cầu , nhân viên thử việc sẽ trở thành nhân viên chính thức của công ty .
Việc đánh giá dựa trên các tiêu chí như sau :

khả năng giao tiếp
sự cộng tác
tính tự giác , chủ động và sáng tạo .
