Thời gian hiệu lực của Hợp đồng Hợp

Thời gian hiệu lực của Hợp đồng Hợp tác Kinh doanh này có hiệu lực trong vòng 02 ( hai ) năm kể từ ngày ký. Trong thời gian 60 ( sáu mươi ) ngày trước thời điểm hết hạn Hợp đồng, nếu có nhu cầu, Hai Bên sẽ bàn bạc để tiến hành gia hạn hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

The time effect of the business cooperation contract to this effect within 2 (two) years from the date of signing. During the 60 (sixty) days prior to the expiration of the contract, if there is demand, the two sides will discuss to proceed to contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

The effective time of the Business Cooperation Agreement comes into effect within 02 (two) years from the date of signing. Within 60 (sixty) days prior to the expiry of the contract, if required, the Parties will consult in order to carry out a contract extension.
