Bên A có quyền sau đây:Nhận đủ tiền

Bên A có quyền sau đây:
Nhận đủ tiền thuê và quyền sử dụng đất theo phương thức đã thỏa thuận;
Nhận lại nhà và quyền sử dụng đất khi hết hạn hợp đồng;
Đơn phương chấm dứt thực hiện hợp đồng và yêu cầu bồi thường thiệt hại nếu bên B có một trong những các hành vi sau đây:
- Không trả tiền thuê trong 3 tháng liên tiếp
- Sử dụng nhà, đất thuê không đúng mục đích của thuê;
- Làm hư hỏng căn nhà cho thuê

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Party A has the following rights:Get enough money to rent and land use according to agreed methods;Get back home and land use upon expiration of the contract;Unilateral termination of contract execution and claim damages if the party B has one of the following behaviors:-Do not pay rent for 3 consecutive months-Home use, improper purpose of rental land rent;-Damaging homes for rent

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party A is entitled to:
Get enough rent and land use in a manner agreed;
Get back home and land use rights expire when the contract
unilaterally terminate the contract and demand compensation damages if party B have one of the following actions:
- Do not pay the rent for 3 months in a row
- use the house and land lease of rent for improper purposes;
- Damaging house rental
