Vì nếu chỉ áp ụng thuyết X, nhân viên sẽ cảm thấy gò bó trong công việc và mất đi sự sáng tạo và ý kiến của bản thân. Nếu chỉ sử dụng thuyết Y, nhân viên sẽ lơ là không tập trung vào công việc và dễ làm mất đi năng suất chung của công ty.
