7.7 Trong Thời hạn Dịch vụ S&M, nếu phần mềm có sự cố hoặc dữ liệu xuất sai mà Bên Bán không cử cán bộ đến khắc phục sự cố kịp thời hoặc không thể nâng cấp sửa lỗi phần mềm làm ảnh hưởng tới hoạt động của hệ thống của Bên Mua thì Bên Bán phải chịu phạt và bồi thường thiệt hại theo Điều 11 và Phụ lục 5
