Nhìn chung, hệ số hiệu quả sử dụng tài sản cố định của hai công ty đều giảm xuống trong giai đoạn 2013-2015. Hệ số hiệu quả sử dụng tài sản cố định của FPT lần lượt ở các năm: 87.89 lần, 85.07 lần, 88.44 lần. Hệ số này của FPT cao do giá trị doanh thu thuần qua các năm khá lớn tuy nhiên hệ số này giảm qua các năm do trong năm 2013 và 2014 tốc độ tăng của tài sản cố định của công ty lớn hơn so với tốc độ tăng của doanh thu thuần. Hệ số hiệu quả sử dụng tài sản cố định giảm khá mạnh đối với công ty còn lại, cụ thể: giảm từ 12.05 lần năm 2013 xuống 7.04 lần năm 2014 và giảm 8.86 lần vào năm 2015. Trong năm 2014 giá trị tài sản cố định của FPT và HIPT đều tăng lên nhưng giá trị doanh thu thuần lại giảm xuống. Hệ số hiệu quả sử dụng tài sản cố định thể hiện rằng cứ một đồng tài sản cố định đưa vào hoạt động sản xuất kinh doanh trong một kỳ thì tạo ra bao nhiêu đồng doanh thu thuần. Do đó, hệ số này của các công ty giảm xuống trong giai đoạn 2013 – 2014 chỉ ra rằng sức sản xuất của tài sản cố định của công ty có sự giảm sút rõ rệt.
