Chỉnh lý, cập nhật biến động đất đai là công tác đặc biệt quan trọng trong ngành địa chính. Qua công tác này, Nhà quản lý nắm bắt được đầy đủ, chính xác những thông tin đất đai nhằm thiết lập sơ sở pháp lý để thực hiện việc quản lý thường xuyên đối với đất đai, xác lập mối quan hệ giữa Nhà nước với người sử dụng đất, giữa người sử dụng đất với nhau. Qua quá trình tiếp cận thực tế, đề tài đã đạt được những kết quả sau:

Vì vậy, đề tài xin đưa ra một số kiến nghị sau nhằm làm tốt công tác này:
- Cơ quan Tài nguyên và Môi trường cần chỉ đạo rà soát lại toàn bộ hồ sơ địa chính đã lập ở cấp mình, thường xuyên kiểm tra, đôn đốc công tác chỉnh lý biến động đất đai nhằm đảm bảo hồ sơ địa chính phản ánh đúng hiện trạng sử dụng đất.
- Thường xuyên tổ chức tập huấn cho cán bộ ngành Địa chính để nâng cao trình độ chuyên môn, nghiệp vụ trong công tác quản lý Nhà nước về đất đai.
- Điều tra, thống kê các trường hợp biến động chưa đăng ký và tổ chức đăng ký cho các trường hợp này.
- Kinh phí cho công tác chỉnh lý biến động đất đai phải được đảm bảo để hoạt động này được thực hiên thường xuyên, liên tục.
