Trung tâm đã sắp xếp mô hình hoạt động và tổ chức phù hợp với điều kiện và nhu cầu đi lên của Trung tâm, đáp ứng được nhiệm vụ của Sở Lao động –Thương binh và Xã hội giao, đã thực hiện tốt chăm lo cho trẻ mồ côi, trẻ khuyết tật. Công tác thu hút các nguồn lực xã hội là một vấn đề khó, sẽ không dễ dàng nếu như chúng ta không có tấm lòng tốt, sử dụng không hiệu quả sẽ là những vấn nạn trong việc kêu gọi sự đóng góp của xã hội. Nhưng Trung tâm luôn làm tốt việc thu hút tài trợ và chính từ nguồn vận động từ thiện trong và ngoài nước đã góp phần giúp Trung tâm vượt qua những khó khăn trong việc chăm sóc nuôi dưỡng các cháu. Các chế độ chính sách đều được bàn bạc công khai trong hội đồng cơ quan. Việc phân công phân nhiệm rõ ràng giúp cho từng cá nhân ban lãnh đạo, cán bộ việc chức, người lao động phát huy khả năng của mình. Tinh thần đoàn kết đấu tranh xây dựng nội bộ CNVC luôn được coi trọng. Luôn vì lợi ích chung của tập thể kiên quyết đấu tranh mọi biểu hiện, hành vi sai trái và nêu cao tinh thần tương trợ giúp đỡ nhau hoàn thành tốt nhiệm vụ.
