Vào khoảng từ năm 2007 nền kinh tế Việt Nam đang dần phát triển. Từ đó nhu cầu nội thất đặc biệt là các sản phẩm từ gỗ tăng mạnh về số lượng và chất lượng. Có rất nhiều chung cư, nhà hàng, quán xá mọc lên dẫn đến nhu cầu các đồ nội thất từ gỗ tăng cao, thấy được nhu cầu đó ban giám đốc công ty đã chọn lĩnh vực sản xuất các sản phẩm nội thất từ gỗ. Qua quá trình tìm hiểu và lên kế hoạch thì vào tháng 2 năm 2007 công ty TNHH MTV được thành lập và đi vào hoạt động dưới sự cấp phép của sở kế hoạch và đầu tư tỉnh Bình Dương dưới loại hình công ty TNHH.
Ban đầu khi mới thành lập do ít kinh nghiệm và khả năng cạnh tranh còn thấp, công ty chỉ nhận đơn hàng gia công từ các công ty sản xuất các sản phẩm gỗ đã có uy tín trên thị trường để những bước đầu xâm nhập vào ngành và trao dồi kinh nghiệm. Với sự làm việc nghiêm túc, uy tín đưa chất lượng lên hàng đầu thì dần dần công ty đã có chỗ đứng trên thị trường.
Sau khoảng 3 năm nhận đơn hàng gia công các sản phẩm từ gỗ, thì công ty đã có đủ khả năng về cả nhân sự lẫn kỹ thuật có thể nhận sản xuất trọn vẹn một sản phẩm từ gỗ. Hiện đến nay công ty có thể trực tiếp sản xuất trên hàng trăm mẫu đồ nội thất từ gỗ được sự tin tưởng cao từ khách hàng. Bên cạnh đó thì công ty vẫn còn nhận những đơn hàng gia công để ngày càng nâng cao chất lượng.
