Thật không dễ dàng chút nào để nhận được sự chấp thuận của sở giao thông.
Tôi đã nói với họ về việc đóng dấu vào file đính kèm và in trên giấy của họ.( Ngoài ra, họ không cần làm thêm gì khác.)
Họ nói rằng họ sẽ chỉ ký bằng văn bản tiếng Việt.
Họ muốn nhận yêu cầu chính thức từ Đại sứ quán.
Tôi đã liên lạc với phía tỉnh Lâm Đồng.
Hi vọng họ sẽ hỗ trợ chúng ta giải quyết vấn đề này.
