Tôi cần ông giúp tôi thay đổi một chi tiết nhỏ trong bản "Hợp đồng tài trợ" chúng ta đã ký. Tôi cam kết rằng nó không ảnh hưởng đến quyền lợi của ông cũng như các thỏa thuận khác của chúng ta. Sự thay đổi này giúp tôi đẩy nhanh thời gian thực hiện thỏa thuận và tránh một số vấn đề phiền phức không đáng có của luật Việt Nam.
Nội dung chúng ta cần điều chỉnh như sau:
Điều 2: Quy định về tỷ lệ sử dụng nguồn tài trợ
Bên B được phép sử dụng 10% giá trị tiền tài trợ (tiền mặt) để làm chi phí cho toàn bộ các hoạt động của mình, bao gồm: Chi phí đi lại, thuê văn phòng, chi văn phòng phẩm, phụ cấp cho cộng tác viên và các chi phí khác phục vụ cho hoạt động từ thiện.
Đối với 90% nguồn tài trợ được sử dụng chi trả cho các khoản đúng mục đích theo các hoạt động đã nêu tại điều 1 (do bên B toàn quyền quyết định).
