Bên B phải chịu phạt 02% (hai phần trăm) tổng giá trị phần nghĩa vụ hợp đồng bị vi phạm đối với mỗi ngày chậm đăng bài do lỗi của Bên B nhưng tổng số tiền phạt vi phạm không vượt quá 8% tổng giá trị phần nghĩa vụ hợp đồng bị vi phạm.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Side B to incur punishment 2% (two percent) of the total value of contract obligations section violated for each day delay post by error of Side B but total fines violation does not exceed 8% of the total value of the contract obligations section violated.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party B shall be fined 02% (two percent) of the total value of the contract obligations are violated, for each day late posting of Party B's fault, but the total amount of penalties does not exceed 8% of the total value part of contractual obligations are violated.
