ĐỢT 02 : Khi Bên B thông báo lấy tiếp 7 xe, Bên A sẽ cung cấp cho Bên B đầy đủ số khung, số máy. Đồng thời Bên B thanh toán tiếp cho Bên A 40% giá trị của hợp đồng tương đương với số tiền 2,672,000,000đồng (Hai tỷ sáu tram bảy mươi hai triệu đồng chẵn) trước khi Bên A xuất hồ sơ xe.
Đợt 03: Trong vòng 04 ngày kể từ ngày Bên A nhận được số tiền thanh toán đợt 2, Bên A sẽ làm thủ tục đăng ký, đăng kiểm ra biển số xe, Bên B thanh toán tiếp 30% giá trị hợp đồng tương đương với số tiền 2,004,000,000đồng (Hai tỷ không trăm lẻ bốn triệu đồng chẵn) cho Bên A.
Đợt 04: Sau khi nhận được số tiền thanh toán đợt 3, Bên A sẽ bán giao toàn bộ 7 xe tại địa chỉ của Bên B và trong vòng 7 ngày sau Bên B sẽ thanh toán hết 10% giá trị của hợp đồng tương đương với số tiền là 668,000,000đồng (Sáu tram sáu mươi tám triệu đồng chẵn) cho Bên A.
