Đối với khách hàng (bên B) yêu cầu đặt xe, Bên A sẽ căn cứ theo: điện thoại, nick chat online, email, tin nhắn SMS, MMS, Fax ...từ những người đại diện do Bên B chỉ định để làm chứng từ là Bên B đã đồng ý đặt xe.
Bên B trong trường hợp báo hoãn hoặc hủy chuyến đi và thay đổi lịch trình
• Báo trước 24 tiếng sẽ hủy chuyến và phải bồi thường giá trị hợp đồng của chuyến đi, lịch trình theo báo giá file đính kèm
• Báo trước 12 tiếng thì bên B phải bồi thường 50% giá trị hợp đồng của lịch trình theo báo giá file đính kèm
• Báo dưới 12 tiếng thì bên B bồi thường 100 % giá trị hợp đồng của lịch trình theo báo giá file đính kèm
