Tuy nhiên để thị trường BĐS đi theo xu hướng xanh này còn cần đến sự quan tâm, khuyến khích, điều chỉnh các bộ luật của Chính phủ và cơ quan quản lý Nhà nước. Có vậy thì BĐS xanh mới có thể phát triển một cách bền vững cùng môi trường tự nhiên.
