Trong quá trình thực hiện chương trình đào tạo, Khoa thường xuyên lấy ý kiến đánh giá của sinh viên và cựu sinh viên thông qua hoạt động điều tra khảo sát đối với chương trình đào tạo được chỉnh sửa. Đối với các sinh viên hiện đang học tập tại Khoa, có thể tham gia bằng việc thực hiện điều tra, khảo sát trực tiếp. Với nhóm đối tượng là cựu sinh viên, Khoa thực hiện hoạt động này thông qua phiếu điều tra điện tử. Đây là một trong những hoạt động quan trọng giúp Khoa có được những phản hồi tốt để chỉnh sửa chương trình đào tạo phù hợp với nhu cầu xã hội
