Cam kết chung: Bên ủy quyền cam kết chịu trách nhiệm trước pháp luật về mọi nội dung do Bên được ủy quyền nhân danh Bên ủy quyền thực hiện trong phạm vi ủy quyền nêu trên. Bên được ủy quyền cam kết thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ các công việc thuộc phạm vi uỷ quyền và cam kết chịu trách nhiệm đối với các công việc mà mình được thực hiện.
Hai bên công nhận đã hiểu rõ quyền, nghĩa vụ, lợi ích của mình và hậu quả pháp lý của việc xác lập Giấy uỷ quyền này.

The common commitment: commitment authorized Party is responsible before the law for all content by authorized Parties in the name of the authorized Party made within the above mentioned authorization. Authorized parties commit to true and complete the work in the scope of the mandate and the commitment to be responsible for the work to be done. Authorized party committed to comply fully and work under the mandate and commitment to take responsibility for their work that is done.
The two sides acknowledged understand the rights, obligations, benefits their interests and the legal consequences of the establishment of this power of attorney.
