Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường tỉnh Quảng Nam nhận được hồ sơ xin thẩm định và phê duyệt Báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường Dự án nhà máy bê tông nhựa Quảng Nam tại Khu công nghiệp, hậu cần cảng Tam Hiệp, xã Tam Hiệp, huyện Núi Thành, tỉnh Quảng Nam do Công ty cổ phần Xuất nhập khẩu và xây dựng công trình (Tranimexco) làm Chủ đầu tư.
Ngày 15/11/2016, Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường đã tổ chức cuộc họp Hội đồng thẩm định Báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường của dự án trên. Sau khi xem xét hồ sơ hội đồng thẩm định; Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường thống nhất nội dung biên bản cuộc họp Hội đồng thẩm định Dự án trên (có biên bản kèm theo).
Sở Tài nguyên và Môi trường thông báo kết quả cuộc họp để Công ty cổ phần Xuất nhập khẩu và xây dựng công trình (Tranimexco) được biết và chỉnh sửa, bổ sung theo đúng yêu cầu tại kết luận của Chủ tịch Hội đồng, gửi 04 bản báo cáo ĐTM (đã chỉnh sửa, bổ sung hoàn chỉnh), 01 đĩa CD của báo cáo ĐTM kèm theo 02 văn bản giải trình chi tiết các nội dung chỉnh sửa bổ sung theo nội dung của biên bản, làm cơ sở để trình UBND tỉnh phê duyệt theo đúng quy định.
