Nếu Bên B không đăng đúng theo lịch

Nếu Bên B không đăng đúng theo lịch được quy định tại điều 1.1 của hợp đồng này thì ngoải việc đăng bù, Bên B phải chịu phạt 20% tổng giá trị hợp đồng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If the party does right posting Schedule B is prescribed in article 1.1 of this contract shall in addition there was the post compensate, party B to incur a penalty of 20% of the total value of the contract.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If Party B fails to log on schedule stipulated in Article 1.1 of this contract, in addition to posting offset, Party B shall be fined 20% of total contract value.
