- Lập quỹ lương và kế hoạch tiền lương theo định kỳ trong toàn hệ thống Tập đoàn.
- Tính lương hàng tháng cho toàn bộ CBCNV của Tập đoàn tại hội sở ( > 600 CBNV) bao gồm các hình thức trả lương khác nhau: lương thời gian (áp dụng cho khối giờ hành chính), lương sản phẩm (áp dụng cho khối nhà máy sản xuất), lương kinh doanh (áp dụng cho khối kinh doanh), lương khoán (áp dụng cho khối dự án, thi công công trình, nhân viên thời vụ)
- Soát xét, điều chỉnh bảng lương hàng tháng của các đơn vị chi nhánh, công ty thành viên (> 400 CBNV)
- Tổng hợp, theo dõi quỹ lương hàng tháng, quý, năm.
- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ liên quan đến công tác xét tăng lương cuối năm, đột xuất (tổng hợp, tham mưu về tỉ lệ tăng/ giảm, in thư tăng lương,...)
- Quản lý và vận hành hệ thống phần mềm chấm công (> 20 loại ca làm việc khác nhau) và quản lý nhân sự của Tập đoàn (các ngày nghỉ, đi muộn, về sớm..)
- Xây dựng hệ thống quản lý dữ liệu lương, thưởng và các chế độ của Tập đoàn và các công ty chi nhánh, công ty thành viên.
