Respect for you elders-Do not dare to speak ill of your grandpartents, and do not mouth back to your parents. If it is a normal family (speak ill of anyone who is abusing you) but if it is a normal family, don't dare do it. Most, grandparents are loving people and although they may seem old and out of touch with the times they deserve respect, for what they have been through and for the fact that they are there for you and love you. Parents are also always there there for you and at least want to understand, do not condem them for their shortcommings. I had a daughter who thought she would stand toe-to toe with me and get in my face, she ended up on the floor!!!!!!!! Then she thought it would be so great to live with her friend who was allowed to do anything she wanted. I said, fine go. No holds barred!!!!! Within one week, she called me begging to be allowed to come back home. (Seems the friends house was not so great after all) I said, sure, (no questions asked) I picked her up, she came home, and that was the end of it. She now repects me as a parent, more than ever.
Consequences-What ever it takes!!!!!!!!!!!!
