Trước hết, Công Ty Cổ phần CƠ - ĐIỆN - LẠNH VÀ XÂY LẮP TÍN THÀNH (“Công Ty TÍN THÀNH”) xin gửi đến Quý Công ty lời chào trân trọng.
Căn cứ theo hướng dẫn kê khai, quyết toán thuế 6 tháng đầu năm 2016 của chi cục thuế quận Nam Từ Liêm đối với công ty TÍN THÀNH, chúng tôi cần quý công ty xác nhận đã được chúng tôi triết khấu lại cho chủ đầu tư ROKI, đại diện nhận thụ hưởng của ROKI là bà Nguyễn Thị Châm, cụ thể như sau :
1/Đợt 1 : Theo hợp đồng số 0110/2015/HĐXD ký ngày 01/10/2015 giữa công ty TÍN THÀNH và Công ty ROKI số tiền triết khấu là : 30.000.000 VNĐ (Bằng chữ : Ba mươi triệu đồng chẵn)
2/ Đợt 2 : Theo hợp đồng số 0111/2015/HĐXD ký ngày 01/11/2015 giữa công ty TÍN THÀNH và Công ty ROKI số tiền triết khấu là : 51.000.000VNĐ (Bằng chữ : Năm mươi mốt triệu đồng chẵn.)
Tổng số : 81.000.000 vnđ ( Bằng chữ : Tám mươi mốt triệu đồng chẵn,hóa đơn chuyển tiền đính kèm)
Bởi vậy, bằng văn bản này, Công Ty TÍN THÀNH kính đề nghị Quý Công ty xác nhận việc TÍN THÀNH đã chuyển lại tiền triết khấu cho công ty ROKI số tiền 81,000,000 vnđ và chủ đầu tư ROKI đã nhận được đầy đủ số tiền nói trên.
Việc này giúp công ty TÍN THÀNH chúng tôi hoàn thành nghĩa vụ Khai báo với các cơ quan thuế nhà nước.

Chúng tôi rất mong Quý Công ty hiểu rõ tình huống và hợp tác tích cực với chúng tôi để giải quyết vấn đề.
