Trong trường hợp kho hàng cho thuê

Trong trường hợp kho hàng cho thuê bị ẩm mốc hoặc không an toàn, có nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến hàng hóa mà Bên B lưu trữ hoặc ảnh hưởng đến sự an toàn của Nhân viên Bên B, Bên B có quyền chấm dứt Hợp Đồng trước thời hạn và sẽ thông báo cho Bên A trước mười lăm (15) ngày. Trong trường hợp này, Bên A có nghĩa vụ hoàn trả toàn bộ số tiền cho thời gian thuê còn lại cho Bên B.
