Mô tả: Ngày 09/05, tin nhắn gửi cho TGĐ Nguyễn Mạnh Hùng bị lỗi tiếng việt (tin nhắn bị chia làm 2 ký tự tiếng Việt và tiếng Trung Quốc).
Nguyên nhân: Hệ thống vSMSC trong ngày 7/5 và 8/5 có triển khai tính năng delay SMS: khi thực hiện convert bản tin SMPP từ SMSC router sang bản tin MT-ForwardSM thì trường UDL (User Data Length) tính bị sai (chỉ trong trường hợp tin nhắn dài unicode), cụ thể giá trị bị giảm đi 1 đơn vị so với giá trị đúng -> Khi đó với mỗi mảnh tin nhắn dài thì sẽ bị thiếu mất 1 byte dữ liệu cuối cùng dẫn đến hiển thị sai (chỉ xảy ra đối với máy Blackberry).
Giải pháp: Thực hiện tắt tính năng dalay của vSMSC, đội dự án đã khắc phục lỗi nãy và dự kiến sẽ nâng cấp cuối tuần này.

Solution: Implementation of vSMSC disable dalay, the project team has overcome this error and is expected to upgrade this weekend.
