• Luật Đầu tư 2014 đã bãi bỏ yêu cầu cấp giấy CNĐT đồng thời là giấy CNĐKKD để tách bạch hoạt động đầu tư theo dự án với hoạt động đăng ký kinh doanh. Theo hướng này, sau khi thực hiện thủ tục cấp giấy CNĐKĐT, nhà đầu tư nước ngoài được phép thành lập doanh nghiệp tại cơ quan đăng ký kinh doanh như nhà đầu tư trong nước. (Căn cứ Điều 22 Luật Đầu tư 2014).

• 2014 investment law has abolished the licencing requirements and the business to split investment activities under the project with business registration activities. In this direction, after the implementation of the procedure of granting CNĐKĐT, foreign investors are allowed to establish business in the business register as domestic investors. (Pursuant to article 22 of law on investment by 2014).
