Bên A sẽ thanh toán cho bên B khi nguồn vốn được phân bổ và hồ sơ dự án được cấp thẩm quyền phê duyệt.
Trường hợp giá trị thanh toán cao hơn giá trị quyết toán được cơ quan thẩm quyền phê duyệt thì nhà thầu có trách nhiệm hoàn trả chênh lệch cho chủ đầu tư trong thời gian 07 ngày kể từ khi chủ đầu tư gửi thông báo cho nhà thầu.
Trường hợp giá trị thanh toán nhỏ hơn giá trị quyết toán được duyệt thì chủ đầu tư thanh toán tiếp cho nhà thầu theo giá trị quyết toán được cơ qua có thẩm quyền phê duyệt .
9.4 Hồ sơ thanh toán:
Hồ sơ thanh toán gồm biên bản nghiệm thu sản phẩm, phụ lục số 3a của thông tư số 86/2011/TT-btc ngày 17/06/2011 của bộ tài chính quy định về quản lý, thanh toán vốn đầu tư và vố sự nghiệp có tính chất đầu tư thuộc nguồn vốn ngân sách nhà nước.
9.5 Phương thức thanh toán: Thanh toán bằng chuyển khoản 100%
9.6 Đồng tiền thanh toán: là đồng tiền Việt Nam.
