5. Chứng từ thanh toán:
Sau khi giao hàng, Bên B có trách nhiệm cung cấp cho Bên A Hóa đơn tài chính kèm theo phiếu giao nhận hàng, Chỉ huy trưởng công trường của Bên A phải ký xác nhận trên hóa đơn.
Dựa theo hồ sơ thanh toán được nhận từ Bên B, Bên A có trách nhiệm xác nhận giữa các bộ phận liên quan trong nội bộ của mình và thực hiện thanh toán cho Bên B đúng hạn.
ĐIỀU V: TRÁCH NHIỆM CỦA HAI BÊN

Bên B đảm bảo giao đúng tên hàng, quy cách, số lượng và chất lượng theo đúng yêu cầu của Bên A.

Nơi nhận bảo hành: Bảo hành tại công trường Đảo Kim cương.
Thời gian bảo hành: theo quy định của nhà sản xuất.
