OSCE cảnh báo an ninh thế giới đang xấu đi nghiêm trọng


Tình hình quốc tế kể từ đầu năm 2016 đã xấu đi nghiêm trọng do một loạt cuộc khủng hoảng. Ngoại trưởng Đức Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Chủ tịch luân phiên Tổ chức An ninh và Hợp tác châu Âu (OSCE) đã nhận định như vậy tại cuộc họp ngoại trưởng các nước OSCE ngày 8/12 tại thành phố Hamburg (Đức).

Ông Steinmeier nhấn mạnh các cuộc khủng hoảng ở Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Ukraine đang trở nên xấu đi.
