Căn cứ vào hợp đồng đã ký ngày 8/8/2014 giữa Langdon & Seah Vietnam Co. LTD., và Công ty TNHH Tư vấn và Công nghệ Việt Nam (VINACT) về việc thực hiện dự án: Xây dựng trường Đại học Việt Đức.
Căn cứ theo Điều 4.3 – Điều khoản thanh toán và bảng tiến độ thanh toán của hợp đồng. Chúng tôi kính đề nghị Quý công ty thanh toán lần 2 cho chúng tôi số tiền là: 885.060.000 đồng (Bằng chữ: Tám trăm tám mươi lăm triệu không trăm sáu mươi nghìn đồng chẵn) được quy đổi theo tỷ giá Langdon & Seah Việt nam nhận tiền thanh toán tại thời điểm.
