  HỆ THỐNG THÔNG TIN ĐẤT ĐAI Ở MIỀN NAM:
Trong thời gian qua ở miền nam công tác quản lí thông tin đất đai đã được chú trọng đầu tư và ngày càng phát triển đáp ứng nhu cầu và làm tốt công tác quản lí, việc ứng dụng công nghệ tin học trong quản lí đã đạt được những kết quả nhất định. CSDL thông tin đất đai được tích hợp để kết nối dữ liệu không gian và thông tin thuộc tính của từng chủ sử dụng đất tạo nên hệ thống thông tin đầy đủ về đất đai.
Qua kết quả nghiên cứu ta thấy được điểm nổi bật về hệ thống thông tin đất đai của miền nam đó là ở ĐồngNai.Trung tâm Kỹ thuật Địa chính - Nhà đất của Đồng Nai đã triển khai ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin , các thành tự khoa học kỹ thuật tiên tiến, đầu tư trang thiết bị phần mềm vào công tác quản lí đất đai. Trung tâm đã ứng dụng thành công các phần mềm phổ biến trên thế giới cũng như các phần mềm do Bộ Tài Nguyên và Môi Trường chuyển giao. Những thành tựu ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin trong công tác quản lí đất đai đã giúp Sở tài nguyên và Môi trường ngày càng nâng cao chất lượng hoạt động quản lí đất đai, đáp ứng được yêu cầu quản lí nhà nước, nhu cầu của nhân dân. Qua đó, góp phần thúc đẩy phát triển kinht ế - xã hội, đẩy mạnh quá trình công nghiệp hóa , xã hội hóa ,phát triển bền vững của tình nhà.

The achievements in information technology application in the management of land and resources Departments have helped to improve environmental quality of the land management activities, meet the requirements of State management, the needs of the people. Thereby, contribute to promoting discounted kinht-society, promoting the process of industrialization, socialization, sustainability of home.
