xin chào paypal. tôi mong mình có thể được giúp đỡ trong trường họp này. ngày 18, 19 tháng 4 năm 2015 tôi có add thẻ visa 4214945800544165 vào tài khoản paypal nhưng tôi đã nhập sai ngày hết hạn của thẻ( tôi đã nhập sai nhiều lần liên tục trong 2 ngày ý). sau đó tôi đã xóa thẻ đi để nhập lại cho đúng thông tin của thẻ và bị "This card has been disabled for entry into the paypal system. please add a different card. you may also contact us using this form". tôi hiểu là paypal đã nghi ngờ tôi không phải là chủ thẻ nên đã khóa thẻ đó lại.tôi đã liên hệ với ngân hàng và họ nói họ không thể giúp được tôi, họ chỉ là bên giao dịch trung gian và bảo tôi liên hệ với các bạn về trường hợp của tôi để tôi xác minh tôi là chủ của thẻ visa 4214945800544165.
tôi mong paypal xem xét lại trường hợp của tôi, đó là lỗi của tôi.tôi sẽ cung cấp mọi thông tin và hình ảnh tôi có để chứng minh tôi là chủ của thẻ visa đó.
tôi mong paypal có thể mở lại thẻ visa để tôi có thể add vào tài khoản của mình. please hãy giúp tôi

October 18, 19 in April 2015 I have add 4214945800544165 visa card to my paypal account but I entered wrong expiry date of the card (I've been wrong many times over 2 days notice). then I deleted the card go to reenter the correct information of the card and gets "This card has been disabled for entry into the paypal system. Please add a different card. You may also contact us using this form ". I understand that paypal has suspect I am not the card holder should have locked it again. I contacted the Bank and they said they can't help me, they are just intermediate trading party and told me to contact you about my case so I verify I am the holder of a visa 4214945800544165.I look forward to paypal to review my case, that's my fault.
