Các bên có đầy đủ điều kiện, năng lực, pháp lý để ký kết và thực hiện nội dung, khối lượng công việc của hợp đồng này.
10.2 Thực hiện đúng và đầy đủ trách nhiệm được quy định trong hợp đồng này.
Hỗ trợ và tạo điều kiện tốt cho nhau để thực hiện trách nhiệm của mình một cách có hiệu quả.
10.3 Mỗi Bên sẽ bảo mật bất kỳ và mọi thông tin mà mình có được liên quan đến Hợp Đồng này và sẽ không tiết lộ hoặc công bố thông tin đó cho bất kỳ bên khác ngoài hai Bên nếu không có sự đồng ý trước bằng văn bản của các bên còn lại. Quy định này vẫn tiếp tục có hiệu lực đối với các Bên kể cả sau khi hợp đồng này đã được kết thúc, chấm dứt và thanh lý.
10.4 Các Bên cam kết rằng bất kỳ bên nào vi phạm các nghĩa vụ của mình trong hợp đồng sẽ phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm trước Bên kia theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.
10.5 Nội dung thực hiện hợp đồng này độc lập hoàn toàn với bất kỳ công nợ và nghĩa vụ nào của hai Bên.
10.6 Các Bên cam kết không được tự ý hủy ngang hợp đồng này, Bên nào tự ý hủy ngang Hợp đồng này thì phải chịu phạt cho Bên còn lại theo như quy định của pháp luật.
