Điều 18: Bảo hành
18.1 Bên B có trách nhiệm bảo hành thiết bị trong thời hạn 12 (mười hai) tháng kể từ ngày ký Biên bản Nghiệm thu thiết bị.
18.2 Biện pháp bảo đảm bảo hành: bảo lãnh Ngân hàng. Giá trị bảo lãnh: 3% giá trị hợp đồng. Thời hạn có hiệu lực của bảo lãnh bảo hành là 12 tháng kể từ ngày ký Biên bản Nghiệm thu thiết bị.
18.3 Trong thời hạn bảo hành, nếu nhận được yêu cầu của Bên A, Bên B phải cử cán bộ kỹ thuật đến để khắc phục, sửa chữa những sự cố kỹ thuật do lỗi của nhà sản xuất hoặc do lỗi của Bên B.
