Chính vì lí do trên nên việc nghiên cứu: “Hoàn thiện hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ cho các doanh nghiệp ngành xây dựng tại tỉnh Cà Mau” rất cần thiết. Qua đề tài này sẽ cho chúng ta một cái nhìn khái quát hơn về thực trạng hiện nay của hệ thống Kiểm soát nội bộ trong các doanh nghiệp xây dựng, biết được các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến việc xây dựng hệ thống Kiểm soát nội bộ từ đó đề ra những giải pháp hữu hiệu và hiệu quả nhất nhằm hoàn thiện hệ thống Kiểm soát nội bộ cho các doanh nghiệp xây dựng tại tỉnh Cà Mau.
Đề tài nghiên cứu tập chung vào việc mô tả thống kê và phân tích nhằm giải quyết ba mục tiêu:
- Mục tiêu 1: Đánh giá thực trạng hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ của các doanh nghiệp ngành xây dựng ở Cà Mau.
- Mục tiêu 2: Phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ trong các doanh nghiệp xây dựng ở Cà Mau.
- Mục tiêu 3: Đề xuất các giải pháp cải thiện hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ trong các doanh nghiệp xây dựng ở Cà Mau.
Qua việc nghiên cứu có thể thấy được thực trạng hiện tại về hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ của các doanh nghiệp ngành xây dựng tại tỉnh Cà Mau hiện tại chưa được quan tâm đúng mức, từ đó tác giả đề ra các giải pháp cụ thể để nâng cao áp dụng hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ.
Việc nghiên cứu có thể đánh giá rất hữu ích và áp dụng vào thực tiển hiện nay.
