Chất lượng mặt đường Việt Nam được đánh giá theo 3 chỉ tiêu: cường độ mặt đường (bằng phương pháp cần đo võng Benkelman hoặc phương pháp xác định cường độ nền mặt đường bằng thiết bị FWD), độ bằng phẳng mặt đường (bằng phương pháp đo độ bằng phẳng quốc tế IRI) và độ nhám-sức kháng trượt mặt đường (được đánh giá bằng cách đo độ nhám mặt đường bằng phương pháp rắc cát, phương pháp con lắc Anh).
Bài báo này trình bày những nguyên lý đo, kết quả đo, tiêu chuẩn đánh giá chất lượng mặt đường, những nhận xét liên quan đến các phương pháp kiểm tra đánh giá chất lượng mặt đường đang áp dụng tại Việt Nam và đề xuất những phương pháp đo hiện đại sử dụng tại Việt Nam trong tương lai.

Summary:Vietnam road surface quality was evaluated according to three criteria: the intensity of the road surface (using the method to measure hammocks Benkelman or method of determining the intensity of road surface by FWD device), the flat surface of the road (by the method of measurement of the international flat IRI) and roughness-resistant sliding power side of the road (to be assessed by measuring the roughness of road surface by sprinkling sand method , British pendulum method).This article presents the principles of measuring, measuring results, standard road surface quality assessment, the remarks related to the test method of road surface quality assessment are applied in Vietnam and proposed the modern measuring methods used in Vietnam in the future.

Quality of pavement Vietnam was assessed by 3 criteria: strength pavement (with Benkelman deflection test method or methods to determine the background intensity FWD pavement equipment), pavement flatness (by means of international flatness measurement IRI) and the roughness-slip surface resistance (measured by measuring surface roughness with sand sprinkled method, British pendulum method.)
This paper presents the measurement principles, outcomes measurement, quality assessment standards road, the remarks relating to methods of quality assessment pavement applied in Vietnam and propose modern measuring methods used in Vietnam in the future.
