Trên cơ sở Luật viên chức, Luật Giáo dục, Luật Lao động, các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật, Khoa đã thực hiện việc chấm dứt hợp đồng, nghỉ chế độ và nghỉ hưu cho người lao động theo đúng chính sách hiện hành, đồng thời, thực hiện các thủ tục kéo dài thời gian công tác và nghiên cứu khoa học cho giảng viên là giáo sư, phó giáo sư đã đến tuổi nghỉ hưu nhưng vẫn đủ sức khỏe để đảm trách công việc theo đúng quy định đã đề ra (H6.06.09.01).
