Theo tôi, để làm cho một nhà quản lý tốt phải có những phẩm chất như sự tự tin, giao tiếp và kỹ năng thực hiện chuyên môn hoá cao.
Các nhà quản lý cần phải có một sự tự tin nhất định để có thể quản lý nhân viên, nó có thể làm cho những bước đầu tiên để làm cho công việc tốt hơn. Mặt khác, các quản lý cũng nên có hành vi và khả năng giao tiếp tốt, nó đòi hỏi sự tinh tế, linh hoạt và kiến thức cũng như kinh nghiệm xã hội của các nhà quản lý. Cuối cùng, quan trọng nhất là quản lý phải có các kỹ năng chuyên nghiệp để quản lý nhân viên. Họ luôn luôn nắm bắt những thông tin quan trọng cũng như các kiến thức chung về kinh doanh, pháp lý, chính trị ... để đưa ra các chiến lược hợp lý nhất cho công ty.
